Sumy Seminary Honored the Miraculous Jerusalem Icon of the Shroud of Holy Virgin

On November 18, 2015 students of Sumy Seminary prayed before the miraculous icon of the Holy Virgin Shroud in the Sumy Spaso-Preobrazhenskiy Cathedral.

At 15.30 was served the prayer, read the akathist and midnight served the Divine Liturgy.

With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop of Sumy and Akhtyrka Evlogii the church service led by the Vice-rector for academical and discipline work monk Antoniy (Bondarenko).

It was lifted especially prayers for peace in Ukraine and health security guard of Cathedral Anatoliy Borisenko and funerary commemoration of "all burned alive, tortured and murdered in our country in the days of insurgency."
